The Social Security (Claims and Payments) Regulations 1987 http://www.legislation.g.../1987/1968/contents/made Hi all. According to RRC NEBOSH diploma notes reg 24, and 25 of the 1979 amendment relate to an employer recording incidents in an accident book, and investigation of such incidents. however I can find no such reference in the act itself - can anyone clarify?

Thought it was the Social Security Act that made the requirement.
