Can anyone help??
We are looking into the possibility of selling some second hand industrial kitchen equipment - anyone have any information / guidance?

There does not appear to be explicit guidance for this particular sector, although there has been enforcement action on both the seller and the buyer when dangerous machinery has been "supplied". Refer to:-

There is an Agricultural Sector Minute, but the general principles would apply to selling of all second hand machinery.
