Posted By Paul Bellis I am trying to escape from custody in Local Authority - into the real world. I am a qualified H&S officer MIOSH MIIRSM and RSP, I hold the Diploma and Construction Cert. I am a qualified (IOSH) manual handling trainer/ assessor and hold teaching qualifications, but I prefer hands on health and safety (dont mind some training). I have a variety of skills to offer a new employer, which I am willing to expand on, or to forward a CV. I live in N.Wales with easily accessible links to the North West, or I am willing to work from home with UK travel. All serious offers considered! Thanks Paul Bellis

Posted By Lorna Morris After 10 years in local government (enforcement) I too decided to take my chance in the big wide world. Three years later, I'm back in local government (not enforcement this time) - my advice is think again, the grass is not always greener!
