Posted By KATE PEARSON I am constantly looking to enhance my professionalism and would like some advice on what to do next to enable me to gain a position in a larger organisation I have been for several interviews but to no preveil I am i member of IOSH and IIRSM I have NVQ 4 and NEBOSH cert I have three years experience in Occupational Health and am a qualified Audiologist I have 3 years experience in my current position as health and safety advisor that looks after 30 companies h&S what next??? Posted By Raymond Rapp Kate, Have you considered doing a degree ie Msc in health and safety. There are plenty of courses available part-time and distance learning. Leicester, Nottingham, Brunel, Plymouth universities etc. They are not cheap at about £5 - 6000 but a good investment if you are serious about h&s. I am currently 10 months into a MSc with Leicester and should you require any more info please feel free to ask me. Regards, Ray
