Posted By allan wood having recently passed the nebosh certificate i am looking to do the dip 1 next by open/distance learning. can anybody recommend a course provider. along with the relevant cost involved. i live an the manchester area. regards allan wood

Posted By Graham Sargeant Allan, I was is the same boat, I had passed my certificate and am now starting my diploma part 1, I have used RRC, you'll find them at www.rrc.co.uk The course material looks well presented and the back up and support I have recieved so far is much better than my previous home study provider with which I did the certificate. Posted By Richard Perry Allan Not sure about suppliers but here's an idea about cost.. I did my diploma by distance learning a few years ago having obtained the materials at a greatly subsidised rate from my IOSH branch (Well done and thank you Thames Valley!) They also organised tutored revision sessions using NEBOSH examiners as tutors at a ridiculously small price. Your local branch might have a scheme for subsidising or otherwise supporting distance learning - maybe someone reading this knows? Regards Richard
