I dont know if this may interest you - but I know that Taggarts in Belfast are looking for a Health and Safety Advisor. Their number should be in the phone book under architects.

Also, some of the recruitment agencies are quite good. Have you tried Hayes Montrose, Blueprint & Forde May Consulting.
