AIMS has exciting growth plans. To facilitate these plans for growth we need to recruit expert, professional and customer focused Senior Account Managers to join the organisation, across the UK, to help manage the contracts we are winning.
Role: Manage major accounts and account teams. Strategic development. Develop, identify, win, obtain and grow new business and new areas of commercial viability.
Knowledge Required: An understanding of market trends, customer requirements, competing products/services and delivery channels combined with in-depth understanding of operational effectiveness. Financial, commercial procedures.
Skills & Experience: Financial and operational planning, resource management, projectmanagement, client management and information management. 5 years experience with P & L responsibility. Knowledge of Alfred McAlpine client base a distinct advantage. Degree level education.
Competencies: Leadership. Problem solving. Decision making. Objective setting. Personnel, including appraisal, recruitment, disciplinary, team building. Excellent oral, verbal and written communication. Account management and development. Financial skills, including forecasting and budgeting. Report preparation using approved style and content templates in approved timescales. Use of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Location: Flexible – Preferably Towcester or London(2-3 days in London/Towcester + South East as required. Other locations considered
