Posted By Sean m How many people have actually received work from Miss Peach? I have spoken to several people who like me believe that they must be just building a database!!!! I have read with interest and like others been impressed with the details laid out... but is any body drawing funds yet or are these jobs pending..... Several people were told...." we are just getting suitable candidates!" ....come on then... let the flood gates open!!!!

Posted By Mike Craven The "database" appears to be growing - the latest posting from AIMS asks for responses to Jodie Peach OR Yvonne Howe!!! Sorry, just being mischievous, it is Friday afternoon and most people have probably gone home by now! Apologies to Ms's Peach and Howe - just in case I ever need to ask you for a job!! Mike Craven MIOSH,RSP (happy in current position and not looking for employment, but CV always available on demand!)

Posted By Paul Grey Surely this forum is for help us find jobs in the Health and Safety industry, not to take pot shots on companies that advertise their vacancies on the forum. Do you honestly think companies will continue to advertise on here, or want to speak to candidates via the forum when they see reponses like these. Come on guys grow up!

Posted By Yvonne Howe I have recently been appointed as HR Manager for AIMS and have spoken with my HR Team. We are mystified as to what has happened. What I can say is that AIMS has been invovled in some heavy recruiting of late resulting in various posts being advertised on the IOSH site. What we have not been doing is removing those vacancies that have been filled or closed. I will be looking at the information still noted and action responses as soon as possible. I will also ensure that the number noted on vacancies is the Direct Dial to the HR Department as I can only assume some of the calls to the main switchboard were misunderstood.

Posted By A JOHN HARBORNE Sean M may well be correct; Further - this sort of scam is tried out,I believe, on a regular basis. Persons starting up or transferring to another agency are highly suspect. They would'nt do that would they ?

Posted By David Raymond John, we are governed by a number of bodies (REC, DTI and data protection act) so that we ensure candidate details are never submitted without your consent. And all vacancies advertised are real and live at time of issueing. Confidentiality and security of candidates is upmost. Dave
