Posted By Andy Maguire Surely the purpose of this forum is for employers to post details of any vacancies that they have as well as for members looking for employment. OK so AIMS do use this site a lot and it might be seen as a cheap way of advertising, however there are a lot of people putting their details on this site looking for work, I'm sure they'd be glad to see as may opportunities as possible.

Posted By NIGEL REE I realise that this may be of use to some members but my point is that at the time of writing this, out of the 19 postings on the front page 10 are from AIMS which I believe is more than their fair share. Why can they not group the vacancies under one general heading.

Posted By paul crossland Lighten up folks. As an employer and a frequent poster of new vacancies on this forum, I'd rather have £6000 to spend on a new person's salary, than give that money to a recruitment agency for finding someone! The site can be over used, and AIMS' carpet-bombing approach doesn't help, but at least they seem to be active in employing people; something we should be grateful for.

Posted By David Raymond No need to take it out on Recruitment Consultancies! All the avenues have the use depending upon your needs.

Posted By Alec Wood There are plenty of people looking for jobs, myself included. I guess most of them would agree that the more vacancies appear on here the better! I agree that they should be grouped though so others don't disappear of the the front page. Alec Wood Samsung Electronics
