Posted By Kevin I am undertaking a review or my employers permit to work system, we are a multi-site organisation and have limited resources to control staff and contractors ect.. Current arrangements include provision for hot work, electricity and confined space permits, however, the control and format of these documents is cause for concern. Iam interested in any systems that have minimal control, a format easily understood, and which are robust enough to satisfy are very understanding enforcement agency representatives. I would be grateful if anybody could provide information with regard to pro-formas or perhaps off the shelf systems.
