Posted By Matt Does anyone have information relating to height, depth etc of reception desks or areas to deter an individual attempting to attack or grab a member of staff? Bearing in mind that the height should also take into account the Disability Discrimination Act. Thanks in advance Matt.

Posted By Bryn Maidment Matt This site is so annoying! I've just typed a lengthy response, pressed 'post' and it hasn't appeared anywhere. Happens often too! If you'd like to e.mail me direct to discuss counters, feel free. Regards Bryn ps hope this one gets posted
