I am currently carrying out some work for a local education authority including the preparation of a business continuity plan; for example, if a school or part of a school burnt down, what action should be taken in the short, medium and long term?

Can anyone help with possible examples or guidance please?

Your County Council or Local Authority Emergency Planning department are likely to have plans already in place for this. If not they will be able to help.
