Posted By David J Bristow Paul The answer to your question is YES. However, both employers need to communicate with each other to ensure that the first-aid provsions in place are suitable and adequate to cover the identified risks for both sets of employees. Furthermore, provision needs to be in place at all times and first-aid cover should be in place for annual leave, sickness leave etc. It is also recommended that were facilities are shared that both employers enter into a written agreement so as to avoid any misunderstandings. Lastly, the above information with regards to first-aid provsions must be communicated to both sets of employees. Hope this helps. Regards David B
