I have been asked to look at my organisations PTW system.
Rather than re invent the wheel I am looking for any assistance that my be out there ie procedures/documents etc. I am also willing to visit your siute to look at existing sytems in operation.

Are you aware of the standard HSE/HSC Guidance, issued under the banner of the Oil Industry Advisory Committee? It can be used as a checklist to confirm that all the key elements of an effective PTW system are present.
