Posted By Brian Peirce Can anyone help regarding guidance on the suggested ratio of staff per safety representative. We are currently going through a restructuring and the make up will be as follows : Field Services staff (activity 1) 150 staff Field Services staff (activity 2) 30 staff Field services staff (activity 3) 10 staff Office staff (all based in one place) 40 staff. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Brian

Posted By Ashley Williams Brian, If you mean union safety reps then Regulation 3 of the Safety representatives and safety committes regulations offers guidance but no actual figures, this should be decided by the unions and management. Ashley
