Posted By Richard I'm looking to carry out some office and lab. risk assessments (workplace (health, safety and welfare) regs 1992, fire precautions(workplace) regs etc). Can anyone point me in the direction of a good generic format on the web or one that can be e-mailed. (i have prepared one myself and i'm really looking to benchmark the common hazards, format etc.) thanks for your help Richard
