I would be most grateful for any information on American Safety Law, specifically employers general responsibilities and what regulations/standards are in existance for the assessment of chemicals (i.e. do they have something similar to our COSHH regs? and if so does it follow a heirarchy of control?) and the provision and use of PPE.
Any help would be gratefully recieved.
