Posted By Lyn K A worker has developed contact dermatitis and possibly airborne respiratory symptoms from ?handling freshly developed x-rays. I would like to contact someone who has dealt with a similar situation or has been in a similar situation. Thanks.

Posted By Jim Walker Lyn, There were at least two high profile court cases on this last year on this very subject. I think both were civil and substantial damages were awarded. Try TUC site or HSE name & shame site. I'm fairly sure there was something in TSHP mag too. I'll e-mail you direct if i can track down references.
