I am health and safety officer for a social services department we have updated our pocedures for outdor activities and intend using this video as a training rescource. it actualy taught me something about basic techniques and equipment and does place a lot of emphasis on risk assessment but i think it is more aimed at people who run climbing walls general oppion is that it is good basic guidance hope this helps Bob

Posted By Bryn Maidment Graham Haven't seen the video but guidance is available in the BAALPE guide. Basically the guidance says that the standards should be the same for real rock climbing with the addition of mats!
