Check out the HSE Catering Information Sheet
http://www.hse.gov.uk/pubns/cais7.pdf
It has references to a couple of videos on your subject and a list of useful contact phone nos at the end

Vocam do a huge range of vidoes though none seem specific to Catering & manual Handling. Check them out on www.vocam.com
NISO do a package, "Kitchen Care" this covers food handling, manual handling, fire, & a 42 page manual. I have not seen it but they can be contacted on 353 1 2159266 (Ireland)

I find that Safety Care Inc. has quite a selection of OH&S videos. Go to:

http://www.safetycare.co...e_company/VideoFrame.htm

Scroll down to Manual Handling. Hope this helps.

There is some 'catering' footage in 'Manual Handling: The Facts' from Safety Media Ltd (Tel: 01745 536170/1) www.safetymedia.co.uk. It's presented by Selina Scott, relatively inexpensive and they will let you have a copy on approval.

Contact RoSPA - they used to have a good range of videos that were presented by Doug Payne, an expert in the subject.
