I have been asked to put together a company procedure in accordance to ISO 1800. I do appreciate if any one assist me in this direction

A good place to start is taking a look at Managing Safety the Systems Way published by BSI. This is a simple informative look at implementing a system to meet the 18001 standard.

You do not state what you want the procedure for. If you send your e-mail address to me at my works e-mail address I will send you a copy of an accident reporting and an accident investigating procedure as samples to use for layout.

I am on holiday for 2 weeks from 21/07/01 so unless I receive your details before 12-00pm on 20/07/01 it will have to wait.
