Posted By Mark Dutton We are in the process of reviewing the risk assessments for our warehouse facilities and was interested to see if anybody had any easy to follow documentation for the recording of risk assessments for specifics in the wareouse e.g. FLT's, transport routes etc along with general work area assessment sheets. Something that is easy to follow and self explanatory would be useful. Thanks Mark
