Posted By Martin Gray Owen The HSE document Dispensing Petrol HS(G)146 is a very useful publication and guides your through risk assessments there are also example risk assessments at Appendix 3 of the document. You could also get advice from your Petroleum Licensing Officer at your Local Trading Standards Department. Gloucestershire County Council ran a one day course many years ago to assist people to complete risk assessments. Hope this is of use.
