Posted By Xiao Bao Hi All, Any idea where can I get sampled risk assessment from certain websites? Eg if I type Pressure Testing, Hot Work it would give some kind of sample. Depend on the job where I would then do the necessary modifications. Appreciate greatly for those can help me.

Posted By Bob Youel whilst I appreciate your need I must advise you that a sample is only a sample and you need to undertake your own Look at the regs etc and create a list of items therein and address each one in turn - this will allow a starter for ten and the HSE have some very good guides so try their site
