Hi All,
Can anyone give me advice about setting up a process for managing pedestrians and vehicles entering and leaving a large tunnel. Use of tally boards etc.

I think no-one has answered here because of the lack of information.
Is this tunnel open to the public? or purely for workers?
For what is the tunnel designed and is it being used for this purpose?
Why are personnel and vehicles using the tunnel?
If you can answer these, we may be able to help (unless, of course, you have already found your answer).
