Advice please... What are the specific Health hazards associated with wet rot i.e..removing it.. working with it and/or sleeping in close proximity ..

It's been a while since I've dealt with this topic but I think exposure to mould spores can aggravate exiting respiratory conditions so problems with removing it are the liberation of spores into the air and inhalation of spores.

For wet rot to be present it has to be pretty damp so again possible respiratory problems for people sleeping there.
