Hi All

Can anyone send me a list of tests that they would normally require for M&E?

It is in reference to both commercial & social schemes.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated as our appointment team want us all to have an input from the outset to avoid the usual "you never told me you wanted that" from subcontractors.

Many Thanks

Lee

The problem is of course that the designers can then introduce further equipment or systems requiring further test certs etc.

You need to go through it logically or pay somebody to do this for you. You may be stepping outside of your competency zone!

Thanks Robert

I can see where you may presume competency is in question and I definitely would be the first to say that despite having over 20 years experience in construction, & involved predominantly SHE for the over the last 10 that I still am learning.

However it was merely just a way of avoiding reinventing the wheel. I appreciate as services differ from project to project as do the M&E tests.

No worries, job done- have a nice weekend.
