When you write about COSHH assessment software are you referring to software to record your assessments or are you looking for software that actually does the assessment for you?

If the former, then there are packages available that will do this. If you are thinking of the latter, then IMO there is no way that software can carry out a COSHH assessment. The identification of a chemical hazard and the risk that this might result in damage to health is an extremely complex topic and one that could not possibly be covered in any depth on a forum such as this. It is task related, but also affected by a variety of other factors and there is no way in which a site visit, study of what is being done, identification of the real chemical hazards and actual/potential exposure and assessment of the consequences by the observer can be avoided.
