Dear all
we are dismantling a hanging scaffold under pipe rack.our client hse personnel said that scaffolder should tie off their lanyard only on above solder lifeline in any circumstances they should not tie on beam ladder. for removing planks, transom and ledger i think they can tie off on same level beam ladder or else it will not be practicable for our company to provide a lifeline above each beam ladder.
whats your opinion pls guide me how deal with this hse personnel.
