Posted By Lukasz It is loose, it is on landfill site, it is not exactly working on it, however, it is working in near vicinity.
For know I just thought about that: -Working from side from which wind is coming -Preferably working in rain or rising it with water -Masks?

Posted By Ron Hunter Is this a licensed landfill site in the UK? If so, it's time to make a 'phone call!

Posted By Rodger Alan Ker You have a lot that you need to consider before you implement any operations.
At the very least:
What type of asbestos?
Awareness training for those involved
Sampling and monitoring during any operations
How are you going to decontaminate the excavator after completion?
Contact me direct if you want some more assistance.
