The numbering of the photos does however show the competence of the Policy/Media personnel, or lack of it. Poor reports do no favours to anybody.

On the matter of the incident one wonders how long this has been in such a parlous state, perhaps since installation. I for one would not have been expecting a school/college to be inspecting the structural integrity of the hangers unless of course there have been changes.
