This is a problem as this kind of kit may be dismantled and re-set a number of times a week, or even a day in some cases, so its very difficult to get an insurance evaluation but you should have in place your own day to day quality & H&S check records if only for production requirements. Additionally I would get such equipment examined via a formal program on a regular basis

Where kit is in place for a longer period a 3rd party examination is good practice again your insurers should have adequate advice to give you
