I personally think that County Courts judgment was too vague anyway. Good decision by House of Lords at the end.

This case was awarded by the original judge, overturned by the court of appeal (the link to that decision has been provided by raymond) and the court of appeal finding upheld on a 3 to 2 majority in the House of Lords hearing published today.
