I have been tasked with the production of a Risk/Benefit assessment for an item of equipment called a "KOMPAN single point nest swing"
Can anyone provide me with a copy of a risk/benefit assessment for this equipment or at least a copy of a risk/bemefit assessment for any other equipment to use as a starting point for my documentation.

at least gives dimensions for the apparatus if it is the same; then EN 71-8 for the swing and EN 1177 gives standards for the ground surfaces eg of hardwearing.
Not exactly what you were looking for but hope it helps.
KOMPAN's UK number (Milton Keynes) is on their website, might be worth giving them a call?

Play England have a very good document titled Managing Play Provision Safely which talks in detail about the idea of Risk v Benefit. You should find what you want in that and it is available to download from the web.
