Posted By Mark Kenworthy Good afternoon I've been assessing the H&S submissions for company tendering for our business. We ask if the tendering company has ever been prosecuted for breaches of the H&S regs and I cross check this against the HSE Prosecution website. But this only shows prosecutions by the HSE and not those by the Environmental Health Departments. Can anyone please tell me where, if anywhere, I could get this information? Many thanks Mark
