First post for quite some time, while the Membership and IT Department staff have been working so hard sorting out some mysterious bug that stopped me logging in.

A great big thanks to them all for the inordinate amount of time they have spent on this, and their kindness and forbearing while seeking a resolution

Ian, I had a similar issue, which stopped my requesting a password change coming through. This was sorted for my by the hard work of Tom Loomes, so thanks again Tom.
Incidentally, I met Messy Shaw yesterday - he is doing some consultancy/training for my new employers. I asked him why he was no longer posting here, and it is because he cannot log in. I told him about how Tom helped me but he remains posting on another forum.
