Work at height solutions
http://webcommunities.hs...ight/view?objectId=14419

"You have a duty to undertake a suitable and sufficient risk assessment to determine what measures are necessary to protect workers from a fall, and arrive at a safe system of work."

"You need to undertake a risk assessment and decide what are the hazards and the risks these hazards present to getting the job done safely."

"You will need to undertake a site specific risk assessment to identify all the risks "

It is not only forum members who give the answer to every question - Do a RA. If you look at the above then you will see that the HSE twist is that they have a different version of RA every time. Hence the quiz below.

A Risk Assessment is

a) to determine what measures are required

b) To decide what the hazards are

c) To identify all the risks

No, it's asking for just one. All it points out is that the RA has to be site-specific to be of any accuracy, and what the whole idea of an RA is for. Quote 1 and 2 are identical except for phrasing.
