Rank: Forum user		I'm wondering if anybody could help me in finding a report published by IOSH on H&S Management in local authorities? I have tried IOSH directly and they are not sure what I'm after. It was a report reviewing H&S Management in a large number of local authorities in the UK, looking at all aspects of service provision by H&S professionals and the systems used by these local authorities for managing safety within their organisations. I seem to recall it was based around some sort of "best value best practice" principle. It was a spiral bound publication with a greenish cover if that helps!

Rank: Forum user		I bought a copy of this from IOSH about 10 years ago. I loaned it to my current employer and haven't seen it since. We did adopt one of the 'models' though.
