Can anyone recommend a good stress awareness DVD or on elearning package aimed at both employers and employees?

The British Safety Council offer an online package via their Complywise subsiduary. We use the driving, fire and DSE packages but I have not yet looked at the stress one. They will set up a demo if you request it.

A company called Robertson Cooper have produced very well resaerched material (as Cary Cooper is one of the world's leading researchers on work-related stress). If the DVD etc is not available on their website, phone them or try the publications section of the CIPD website
