Hi, I'm a new member of IOSH and looking for a role in safety, was wondering if anybody could help. A brief outline of my qualifications and experience, I live in Manchester, I've worked in construction and demolition for 10 years in a variety off roles starting as labourer and then as site supervisor. I gained the NEBOSH general certificate in construction 2 years ago and have done work as a safety advisor since then but left the company as they wanted me to continue as site supervisor and safety advisor where needed where as I want a safety specific role.
I recently did some home study courses in managing safety and COSHH which I passed and in the past I gained a psychology degree.
I'm looking to build a career in safety as it is something I'm passionate and enthusiastic about, I'm hoping someone can help me on my way.
