I have completed a Bsc in safety, health and enivronmental management and I have been intersted in taking a masters degree. I'm not sure what route to go down, if I stick to h&s im assuming that the course will be very similar but longer projects etc. What course would be a good one to look at going forward, that would be good to do as a masters following this, and help towards my career in h&s?

If you are not currently working then do something with a work based element. In H&S theory and the right qualifications are excellent but experience is paramount.

I presume that your BSc Degree is IOSH accredited for GradIOSH membership. Whereas an MSc will provide greater depth etc. it may be worthwhile making detailed comparisions of the syllabus & learning outcomes with your BS. Depending upon your career plan/aspirations/current job role & expereince so far, have you considered an MBA?

It depends on your Gap Analysis, some post graduate degree also project basis, you might enhance one or two of your knowledge area when you are doing long term project.

I did MSc in occupational Health and Safety and i did another PGC in Risk and Safety Management to fill some gaps..

My view is Why don't you think about a NVQ level 5 is you are in a position to do.. this will be good option when you have both a Academic qualification and a work based practical one.........

again doing a PG is also a good idea... may be good to have a PG in Health Safety and Risk Management.
