Rank: Super forum user		Matt - do you mean 'audit' (high level executive governance and management) or do you mean 'inspection' (based more on common day to day hazards) type criteria? It would help if you said the industry type etc, but if the former of the two above then start with 18001, if the latter.... Google it :<)

Rank: Super forum user		if you have an ipad, try downloading iAuditor. The library portion of the app has masses of sample safety inspections which cover all industries. Its really very good.
