Hi All
I have my peer review interview booked for 29th of April 2015. I will appreciate any tips or pointers to enable me go through the process with minimum fuss. I have been going through some of the topics on the forum and there is always the mention of the core questions, where can I find them. Finally are questions limited to you IPD portfolio, Core questions and Code of practise or is there anything else I need to look out for.

Hi The peer to peer interview format is outlined on the IOSH website. Basically - 10 min PowerPoint - then 3 sections of questions -section a -what lessons you learned from your IPD/OA process - section B 6 core questions with supplementary questions if deemed necessary -section C IOSH code of conduct.
There are no trick questions in section B and occasionally some people do put the questions on the internet but I feel this is not the right thing to do. If you know your subject and can answer with examples of your involvement regarding the questions you will be fine.
The panel are there to make this process run smoothly and will use the supplementary questions to draw you out a bit. Remember to use "I" a lot
Good luck

Dont panic.... PRI is just about you and your work....Listen the questions and answer to it...keep an example for each questions so that it will be easy to explain... Code of conduct you can divide in to four parts and tell them how you are using it at work....
remember Panel is there for you, they want you to pass.
Good Luck
Regards,
Prad

A quick scroll (search is not easy here!) through past posts will show lots of near identical requests with good responses.

I completed the Peer Review interview yesterday. Now the Agonising wait for the result. I was told by the panel lead that it takes 21 days to get a notification from IOSH on the result, Really? Fingers crossed. But I did get a gruelling from the panel with a lot more questions than I expected.
