Easy for me to say, but there's no need to be nervous.
My advise is to answer the panel with examples of things you have done to answer the core questions that are put to you. Its all about you, so use the word "I" a lot.
The panel may need to ask you supplementary question to expand on your answer but they are not there to catch you out or trick you, they are your peers they have been in the same situation as you and know what your going through and will be as helpful as they can be to make your interview go smoothly.

Thanks for advice and words of encouragement, I have just received the e-mail I was waiting for and great news for me as I was successful in achieving Chartered Status.

I felt so nervous at the interview, not helped by having spent the previous three days in bed unwell, but the panel put me at ease and they are not there to trip you up.

Drove home from interview thinking how I could have answered questions better and convinced myself I had flopped, but worth it in the end.

Good luck to any others embarking on route to CMIOSH and I hope you feel as pleased with yourselves in the end as I do today

Nothing that hasn't already been said, Just relax the panel were excellent on mine, it is a lot less stressful than a job interview. Practise is the key. Good luck
