I trawl through these for useful case examples on a monthly basis and during my recent review I was quite disappointed to see how little detail is now being included in them - it seems to have changed significantly between April and May. These two examples hopefully demonstrate the change http://press.hse.gov.uk/...-arm-in-mailing-machine/ http://press.hse.gov.uk/...ers-hand-injured-in-saw/ I have not seen any explanation for this in any HSE bulletins and wondered if anyone else had - is it another cost saving?

I must admit Lucy I had noticed and find this rather disappointing. I am sure one of the HSEs finest could tells us why on here? could one of you HSE lot let us know why? I gave had some very positive help from some of before.

I guess you will get no response. If I worked at HSE I'd be thinking about retraining as their jobs are all going to disappear quite soon.

Press releases in May, I see most now have the level of detail/explanation that we expect to see e.g. http://press.hse.gov.uk/...ork-lift-truck-injuries/ http://press.hse.gov.uk/...d-over-death-at-foundry/
