Health and Safety Offences, Corporate Manslaughter and Food Safety and Hygiene Offences In accordance with section 120 of the Coroners and Justice Act 2009, the Sentencing Council issues this definitive guideline. It applies to all organisations and offenders aged 18 and older, who are sentenced on or after 1 February 2016, regardless of the date of the offence. Looks good for a serious fine eh? Deservedly Mike

After the prosecution, and hefty fines if found guilty, bring on the civil courts this could also cost an awful lot of money
Well interested in both outcomes especially the criminal courts
