If i have a IGC Nebosh and BEng Hons degree in fire safety engineering.Do you think degree will be accepted for grad membership.

..I suspect you might be able to claim it has 'cognate degree' status but as Jodie says, membership will best advise.

My degree isn't on the 'official' list but was accepted as a cognate degree, many years ago admittedly. I'd suggest a phone call - the Membership Team are very helpful.
