HI Could anyone clarify this for me please What is best practice as defined within Health & safety? and do you have examples when this can be used

Just been looking at this in prep for my PRI. I found the below from HSE was very useful. Helpful distinction between good and best practice is also given. http://www.hse.gov.uk/risk/theory/alarp2.htm
