Hi

I am looking at a 3 year succession planning for someone to eventually take on my role as I head towards retirement.

Has anyone looked at the new apprenticeship scheme ?

The idea I am thinking is we take someone on as a trainee, who goes through the NEBOSH route and I mentor  or  use the  apprenticeship scheme.

Would welcome views of members who have done this or planning to do it.

Thanks in advance

Confined.

I have not looked into the scheme tooclosely but from what I have heard it is all good.

When my business is more established I will be looking to take an apprentice on.

Indeed I have been trying to get my 19 year old interested but to no avail.

I wish I had the chance when I was 19.
