Hi ,

Looking for a little bit of advice from members. I completed my National Diploma in 2013, and have done a few   in house courses relating to Working at Height etc as part of my ongoing CPD. In 2016 I completed the National Fire Cert. So where next ?  the Construction Cert ?,  a 3 day Scaffold Inspector Course to increase my knowledge on this subject ? Train the trainer Manual Hndling ? Or do I try the Environmental Management Diploma ?

I enjoy the challenge of studying but dont want to waste my money so any advice would be welcome.

I'd suggest a general training skills course, not just manual handling related. It will give you skills for coaching & promotion as well as training/teaching.
